MY BACKGROUND

Dr. Susie Wcislak is a Board Certified General Surgeon and Fellowship Trained Endocrine Surgeon. She started her medical education in 2010 at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she obtained her doctorate of medicine and learned her passion for surgery. She then continued her medical training with a surgical residency at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee followed by an endocrine surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Wcislak performs General Surgery cases and also has a focus on Endocrine Surgery and Breast Surgery. She stays active within the endocrine, breast, and general surgery community by being involved with the American Medical Association (AMA), American College of Surgeons (ACS), American Thyroid Association (ATA), American Association of Clinical Endocrinology (AACE), American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS), and American Association of Endocrine Surgeons (AAES).

Dr. Wcislak provides compassionate care and an environment where there is shared decision making with the patient to help guide treatment plans.
